[Guess who is a little less waterlogged and a little further away from dying now? Regulus Black looks at the screen with a faint bit of apprehension as he fiddles with it, his lips pressed tightly together. He's still wearing his old fashioned wizarding robes, but they're much drier than last time.]

...right, [he mutters to himself,] like a fellytone.

[Regulus clears his throat.]

My name is Regulus Arcturus Black, heir to the house of Black. I'm afraid my introduction to this city was a bit not good- I'm fine now.

[Pause. He's not sure what to say next.]

Can anyone even hear me? [Regulus shakes the PCD, hard. Be nice, it looks like something completely alien- not only is he a wizard from a family that condones muggle appliances, but he's also from the seventies. Stuff this small and advanced wouldn't exist for at least thirty to forty years.] I'm trying to find the library or- something else worth doing in this place. If anyone can point me in the right direction- well.

[He gives the PCD another shake, frowning. In his shaking, his hand hit the button and he accidentally shuts off the feed.]

[He'll be there, conspicuously dressed in his dated robes and old fashioned hair style. Regulus is rather small- slighter than his brother, a seeker's build- and he looks on the whole, rather unimpressive.]

[Ginny is wrapped up warm in the battle-stained cloak. She has made an effort to clean it up but it is still a bit ragged. She spies Regulus and walks over.]
