[Guess who is a little less waterlogged and a little further away from dying now? Regulus Black looks at the screen with a faint bit of apprehension as he fiddles with it, his lips pressed tightly together. He's still wearing his old fashioned wizarding robes, but they're much drier than last time.]

...right, [he mutters to himself,] like a fellytone.

[Regulus clears his throat.]

My name is Regulus Arcturus Black, heir to the house of Black. I'm afraid my introduction to this city was a bit not good- I'm fine now.

[Pause. He's not sure what to say next.]

Can anyone even hear me? [Regulus shakes the PCD, hard. Be nice, it looks like something completely alien- not only is he a wizard from a family that condones muggle appliances, but he's also from the seventies. Stuff this small and advanced wouldn't exist for at least thirty to forty years.] I'm trying to find the library or- something else worth doing in this place. If anyone can point me in the right direction- well.

[He gives the PCD another shake, frowning. In his shaking, his hand hit the button and he accidentally shuts off the feed.]

Yeah, you heat your house using Electricity. Its kinda fancy. Like, heated floors and stuff.

Its really not. There are like, so many different regulations to prevent accidents, and yanno, electricity can't be conducted by rubber and stuff, so you just use that to cover the wires. I don't know much about it, but usually they only have issues if someones done it wrong.

Not too often, no. I mean, people go to school for that stuff. I mean, I can change a light bulb, but for anything else, you kinda want someone who knows their stuff hooking all that up for you.

Well, its exactly how it sounds. I investigate paranormal activity. Solve cases, all that good stuff. Like, for example, if you have a friend who was murdered and became a ghost and is going crazy, I help figure out who dunnit, if you catch my drift.

I have no idea what an Auror is, but its kinda my job to handle. People don't tend to pay well for it though which sucks...but at least I know I'm doing the right thing. And thats what counts.

Well, if you think about it like its charity, it doesn't sound so bad. And on top of that I do get paid a little. I'm just thankful for yanno, my apartment, even if it is kind of shitty.

But, yeah. I kind of do. My services are open anyways...And i'm kind of in the middle of a previously closed case, but I can take up another one if you had something in mind.

Oh, um, well I've been looking through the network, and I found I was here before, and that I kind of got murdered. But no one ever figured out who did it.

Its...a little personal, but I just, would rather find the person who did it before they commit another random act of violence.
